Welcome to the Medical Association of Pharmacopuncture Institute.
Recently, the role of traditional medicine in primary healthcare has been expanding.
In the 1978 Almaty Declaration, the importance of primary healthcare and the role of traditional medicine were emphasized, and WHO recommended integrating traditional medicine into primary healthcare to promote universal health.
Pharmacopuncture, a representative of traditional medicine, is a new medical technology that modernizes oriental medicine. It captures people’s attention and is loved by integrative medical practitioners around the world.
Medical Association of Pharmacopuncture Institute aims to contribute to the development of traditional Eastern medicine by establishing a private industry-academia-research-institute network, researching pharmacopuncture, and sharing information to prepare the basis for such pharmacopuncture.
To strengthen the international status of Pharmacopuncture, we will progress various academic projects such as seminars, forums, publication of Pharmacopuncturology, international academic conferences (ISAMS), and journals (JAMS and JoP). We will revitalize academic exchanges and prove the excellence of Pharmacopuncture.
Specifically, for the globalization of pharmacopuncture, international academic conference iSAMS was held, journals JAMS and JoP were published, pharmacopuncturology and pharmacopuncture clinical guidelines were published.
Focusing on oriental medicine, we will contribute to the growth of domestic and international health care and national health promotion with the Good Doctors Philanthropy Agency, a social contribution organization,
